Before you start
Follow these short steps before you start building your own custom
AI tools to support your teaching, teams and learners.
1. Get sign off
Before building custom tools, ensure your Headteacher or line manager has approved your project. This guarantees your new AI assistant directly supports your school's improvement priorities and with your safeguarding policies.
2. Watch the video
Take 5 minutes to watch the Playground introduction. This essential CPD video explains the absolute
"Zero PII" (Personally Identifiable Information) rule and demonstrates how to build a safe tool from scratch.
3. Build your tools
Open our resident Prompt Writer Gem—your dedicated AI instructional coach. It will guide you conversationally through our proven framework to design the perfect instructions for your new tool.
